[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 10-9-08
Listened from 1230-1345 utc and conditions were not all that good at first. Lots of carriers were heard from 1230-1315 but no audio. Around 1315 utc the first audio was heard from Russia on 648.
594 JOAK Japan fair at 1317 utc.
648 Russia good at 1315 utc.
657 Korea poor at 1317 utc.
666 JOBK Japan poor at 1319 utc.
693 JOAB Japan poor at 1320 utc.
747 JOIB Japan fair at 1322 utc.
774 JOUB Japan very good at 1323 utc.
873 JOGB Japan very poor at 1327 utc.
