[IRCA] UPDATED ULTRALIGHT RECORDS PUBLISHED

There was a lull in new Firsts and Records for the first half of the 
summer.  Since then, there have been many new country Firsts 
established... Gary DeBock and I adding quite a few Pacific and Asian 
countries and Allen Willie continuing his march through Asia and Africa.
Until Allen's superb catch of KNX, Los Angeles, we have had few new 
distance records though.
I've updated both Firsts and Records and a new, up-to-date list is 
available in our files area at dxer.ca.

Congratulations to all for the new Firsts and Records... there are 
some fine DX catches there.  Read 'em and weap :>)
