Listened from 1245-1310 utc.  Very poor conditions here.
Carriers on many split channels, but not audio.  

153      Russia, 1245-1249 good with man in Russian and piano
            music.  
180      Russia, 1250 faint signal with above program.
774      Japan, JOUB good signal at 1254 with English lessons.
