[IRCA] Alberta TPs (or lack of same) for 2 Oct 2008

Yesterday's "ho-hum" was looking pretty good this morning!   Absolutely no
trace of any TP audio today, with all reception being DU.
Did note some good signals from down there, with DU audio on 531, 549, 639
(Fiji), 702, 738, 747, 774, 846, 855, 891, and 1116.   738 was doing
particularly well, as was often better than the regulars on 891 and 1116.
