[IRCA] TPs Sept 30 from Orcas Island: Verrrry Interesting

I DXed from 1300 until 1430 fade this morning and found, essentially, 
a repeat of yesterday, only even more interesting.  Like yesterday, 
China and the Koreas (plus Russia 576) came in quite well from early 
until right around dawn, with the Japanese there, but most were not 
doing too well.  Then at max dawn, the Japanese came up with a rush.

Random things of interest:

603 was noted soon after 1300 with probable KBS Seoul... not heard 
often here because of Vancouver Flamethrower on 600.

639//756//945//1359//1377 were all CNR1 through most of the morning 
at good to outstanding levels

656.93 NK was doing well

702 at 1305 was rarely heard NHK2 Synchros over probable KCBS. 
Unfortunately, they were down at 1320, local ID time!

719.86 North Korea was doing very well around 1320

All of the mid-band Chinese "usuals" were doing quite well this AM: 
918, 927, 936, 945, 963 (huge even after 1400) 1017, 1044.

720 was absolutely in Japanese at 1347.... I almost had a heart 
attack! There are only two 100 watt JJ commercial repeaters on 720, 
plus 1000 watt JOIL, in Fukuoka, Northern Kyushu. WOW! It faded after 
2 or 3 minutes, of course.

After 1400:

1260 JOIR, Sendai
1350 JOER, Hiroshima
1440 JOWL Sapporo
1530.... Something Asian here, with KFBK Flamethrower nulled by 
Wellbrook. Too weak to ID lang.

945: A classical Chinese Opera was running well atop CNR1 at 
1422UTC.  Would pay money to know who that was
1062: Two Chinese stations here. One clearly Beijing Dialect 
(Hangzhou???) and the other, I think, in Cantonese.  Gonna send this 
to Ruth DeBock and pray for positive results.

So.... it was a VERY interesting morning.  What FUN!
