     Thanks for the tip.  After reviewing the 756  recording a few times, the 
ghostly audio does indeed sound more like KK than  CC.  It came up to audio 
level for about 1 minute, than took a quick dive,  like TP's did in general 
this morning.  Anyway, I appreciate the tip, and  plan to check the parallel the 
next time it shows up.
 
     756, 945 and 1035 have been perennial almost-audio  frequencies this 
month, with stations barely coming up to audio, then taking  quick dives once 
recording is attempted.  It's almost like a guaranteed  process, making one 
convinced the system is "rigged."  :>)
