Listened from 1253-1341 utc.  After 4 passes from LW-MW
things ain't getting better.  About same conditions as previous 
mornings.

153        Russia, 1255 weak with music.
180        Russia, 1300 weak with pips TOH.
189        Russia, 1320 fair signal second scan of band.
279        Russia, 1301 good with man in Russian.
594        Japan , 1305 JOAK fair with man in Japanese.
639        Unknown 1335 weak audio, could not ID language.
657        PDR Korea, 1307 fair with man in Korean.
774        Japan, JOUB weak at 1310 splatter.  Good with
              Japanese at 1322.
828        Japan, JOBB weak at 1311 with man in Japanese.
              Fair at 1323.
1422      Japan, JORF 1340 weak with Japanese.
1458      Unknown, 1341 level 5 carrier, but no audio.
1566      Republic of Korea, HLAZ 1316 huge carrier with weak audio.
1593      China, CRN1 assuming the station with faint audio at 1331.
