[IRCA] Some NE Oregon TA's Friday night
Some TA LWBC this evening. 162, 171, 177, 189, 198, 207, 216. 162 and 189
the best. Very poor audio on 1134 at 0423 utc; a number of MW channels with
hets earlier.
