[IRCA] Puyallup, WA TP's for 9-15

Hello Guys,
 
     With everyone fully alerted after yesterday's  fireworks, this morning's 
TP's were anemic indeed. In this DU-free zone, only  the Japanese powerhouses 
(747, 774, 828) and a few seasonal blowtorches (657 and  972) had any audio.
 
     From Victoria to the Pier of Pimentel, there must  be a lot of unmet 
expectations.  In this football season,  propagation certainly is fascinating in 
its ability to "fake out"  DXers.
