[IRCA] TP for 19 Aug from Victoria, BC
Even less time to listen this AM, and it seemed that the recent geomagnetic storm was still having a residual effect, with poorer conditions than yesterday
.
774 was the best overall, and best Asian. 747, 594, 189 and 279 also heard with some audio, DU's represented by carriers on 738 and 1098, and 972 had a good carrier also. Sure wasn't like Grayland or the Queen Charlottes....
