Willis - They are on late every once in a while. I heard them 2-3 times
last year when I shouldn't have. Not saying that they are cheatin' but
it does happen.

For those who need them, KYGN 1210, Guyman, OK is on day power and under
1210 Philly.
Not sure why they would be on day power and pattern. There are no storms
out in that part of the U.S. Perhaps transmitter maintance?
