Listened from 1105-1253 utc.  Conditions down previous mornings, China 1593
not heard this morning.  HLAZ 1566 much weaker this morning.

180         Russia, 1136 Fair with woman in Russian.

279         Russia, 1135 good signal with woman in Russian..

774         Japan, JOUB 1217 weak and batter in splatter.  Fair at
               1 with Japanese-? lessons.

1566       Republic of Korea, 1137 a few words, just above threshold level.
               Carrier S-7, audio very weak at .

1575       Thailand, VOA ID "Welcome to the Voice of America" at 1230
                fair for a few seconds, then faded.
