[IRCA] WOLY 1500 Battle Creek MI still on the air, four years after deletion

Here's a trippy story out of West Michigan - four years after its 
license was deleted, WOLY is still on the air, and the FCC can't seem to 
do much about it thus far:

So if you hear WOLY at sunset, it's not a ghost from the past!
