[IRCA] TPs on July 16 from Orcas Island

I slept in again and just made it up smack at dawn. I managed two 
sweeps up the dial before cx deteriorated and it seemed that the 
usual DU suspects were there at sort of usual levels.... all 6s and 
7s. The mystery of the morning was DU talk on 918 briefly that was 
not // 756. The most likely candidate would have been R. National 
Timaru, but not being // 756 pretty well rules that out. Ideas???

The 6s and 7s were:

612, 675, 756, 891, 918, 963, 1107, 1116, 1512

There were also two off-channel hets: 1062 that I failed to note 
whether low or high and our friend, Radio Samoa on 1593 low.

Might have been a good AM for Grayland.  Things gone by 1230
