[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Wednesday
Fairly decent for DU audio this morning. 891 and 1116 the best. Lots of
low-band hets to 1116 kHz. Deep fading on all signals. 591 DU talk, 6 level
1209 utc; 648 DU talk, 6 level 1159 utc; 738 DU talk, 6 level 1200 utc; 774
DU talk, 6 level 1201 utc; 891 DU talk (not racing today) to 7 level a
number of times, "891 Adelaide" (5AN) at 1211 utc; 1116 DU talk, also to 7
level several times, 1154 utc.
LWBC Radio Rossii poor today, 180 weak, 279 barely in there 1124 utc.
