Wondering when KXPD went on air as for a few years now CKST Van,BC has not been changing signal direction at night.(Signal was east-west day and north -south at night)Call to Coast 1040,"Superstation British Columbia" gave me info that they had to protect station in Seattle daytime.(1050?) From 1986 to about 2000 or so. Signal was weak daytime and strong at night here in Victoria but now there is no difference or change in signal allowing for DX on 1040 after sunset.Any idea why no more change in direction at night? ----Bill in BC
