I don't know when it happened but Portland area has it's 4th AM IBOCer,
KXPD 1040, noted the hash here on the coast off the Eastern beverage
this morning on 1030/1050. Fortunately it isn't much and only noticable
off the beveage as the are 2200/200 watts. Now they have 1040, 1190,
1330, and 1640.  The coverage in HD must be very little as their regular
coverage is not that great.
