[IRCA] WKBF 1270 - problems??
WKBF 1270, Rock Island, Ill has been noted since around 05:40 on 6/12/08,
transmitting call letters, frequency and location on a taped loop lasting
about 7 seconds. They are doing this now at 00:20 on 6/13. The voice is male
in English with a slight accent. They are normally SS and where heard here
with that format a few days ago. Power appears to be their regular night
signal.
This is a DX'ers dream to have a station broadcast the call, frequency and
location over and over......
If you need them give it a try. They are about 125 miles due west from here
and a regular/pest for me.
