[IRCA] KRKO-1380-Everett WA CP

I guess KRKO has gotten the green light for the CP. A couple of
questions. Why is the CP 33/50 KW and not 50/50? Second I have seen the
app map and at night it looks like a lobe to the SW. I am surprised with
KAST Astoria on 1370 (local here), that they don't have to protect them
to a certain degree. Anyone know?  It will be interesting to see if KRKO
will be listenable here days as KAST is not that strong.
