[IRCA] New TIS log
A rare new TIS log this morning, the UCLA station on 1630 kHz. Heard 5:42 AM PDT, weak with announcements by a man. Does anyone know the call letters?
XEUT turned on their carrier at 5:53 and it was still audible underneath. I'll have to try again tomorrow to see if I can get a better recording.
