I just changed the Wiki entry but screwed it up in the process..... Scribe
Video Center purchased the station for the very purpose of community
broadcasting... and they had more resources then "West Philadelphia
Educational Broadcasting Foundation" which originallyu owned it from it's
inception and was the one who sold it.
