Poor for TP audio this Monday morning. 891 DU audio, poor/weak with one
brief fadeup to weak around 1217 utc; 1116 DU audio briefly rising to
poor/weak 1226 utc. (1098 weak/medium het 1215 utc). All only on the
longwire.
LWBC Radio Rossii 180 poor/weak audio, 279 loud 1140 utc.
