Thx Paul et al,100000watts lists as Jones US Country while somewhat pesty KVKK but usually 2nd place to WTSO's ESPN is listed as Jones Real Country. I believe US Country is more likely to have long strings of songs known as Hot Country or close to it and that is what is generally clobbering WTSO here. KVKK ID's commonly and this didn't and occ had a 2nd C&W poking thru. To make sure I had no CHOK I phase null KYW and forget about CHOK and most of WNWI and nearby freq stuff to the east etc.
Anyhow...am FM 100.1 ment seemed to clinch this..and no local lners across the 12 am (CDT hour)..finally at 0006 some gal voice ..."your listening to KATQ" and into mx
73 KAZ Barrington IL for my 2nd logging of this surprisingly rare catch..(is easier to get 1 kW nearby KTGO 1090 via SSS then KATQ !)
