As of the other day, KRAM is not back on the air. Everyone keeps
reporting KRAM being back on the air and I have not heard it, nor have I
seen anyone report them. As far as I know KRAM was listed as a daytimer.
I have them QSL'd many years ago. But unless, they came on in the last
day or two, I doubt it was them. KRAM operating at night would be a lot
stronger anyway.
