Re: [IRCA] TP's for 04-23-08
Listened from 1220-12550 UT and conditions were very poor with only a very weak carrier on 774. I did hear a weak carrier on 738 at 0905 UT and per the loop it was a DU. This is the first time I have heard a DU carrier on 738.
