[IRCA] CBA test
Even without a local on 1070, I wouldn't have placed much hope of CBA getting out here, what with the auroral conditions this morning. But Alaska's SQM beacon is just beginning to sneak through, and there's a good signal from RVC on 530. So there may be hope for this to get out tonight.
