[IRCA] Unusual loggings

Hello everyone, I had one of those nights where I just couldn't sleep very
well, so much to the chagrine of family members, I got up and started DXing
at 5:30 this morning. All are new logs from the home QTH:

KULR 1360 Puyallup Wash. Test transmission of a new radio signal that can
only be heard on Ultra Light Radios. Good signal on my SRF-59.

KBBL 1350 Springfield. News item about an accident at the local nuclear
power plant. Fair signal.

KFZR 910 Miles City Mont. Miley Ray Cyrus and Frank Zappa singing a duet
on "Going to Montana soon". Fair to poor signal.

KSPUD 910 Boise ID. ID of K-Spud leading into farm news. Said that due to
budget cutbacks, will no longer send QSLs for reception reports. Heard while
local WFDF was off for transmitter maintenance.

CHSY 1450 Colby Ontario. ID of 'Cheesy 14-50' and "The Big Cheese'. Local ad
for the Provo Loan Company. Replays of Rush Limburger. Good signal.

WIAW 599 Newington CT. Call in talk show with hosts Dy Pohl and Ozzie Later
with special guest Aunt Anna discussing the station's new transmitter. Kept
asking for radio checks. Fair signal.

WPPR 730 Punxsutawney PA. News item about a local groundhog suing to get his
job back after city council unanimously voted to terminate due to
incompetence for failing to predict the 11" snowstorm that occurred over the
weekend. Heated argument then followed on the correct pronunciation of
Tunkhannock and Schuykill. Good signal.
