[IRCA] New KYIZ TX site?

I have never heard KZIZ-1560.  Just tried with the Kiwa loop and H-800 active
whip.  At night the signal is directed North, to protect KNZR in Bakersfield I guess?
I hear KNZR all the time when trying to tune HLAZ 1566 on the SRF-39 fp.
Also no KYIZ 1620 here during the daytime here.
