Paul & group:

	Logan, a town of about 5,000, fell on hard times a few years back
when the Goodyear (I think it was--one of the tire companies anyway) closed.
The biggest employer there now is Wal-Mart.  The FM is satellite c&w of some
kind.  Neither station appears to have many, if any local spots.  The FM
signs off about 8 p.m. and no longer carries Logan HS sports, which is
significant because Logan has long been the class of the Southeast Ohio
Athletic League.  Athens (21,000 people) got so sick of losing to Logan they
left the SEOAL to join the Tri-Valley Conference.  They won't have to travel
as far to play their games, but they will be playing much smaller schools,
every one of which (especially Nelsonville and Meigs) beats them regularly
anyway.  So I'm not sure WLGN has any local sales people.

They probably made the flip hastily and haven't had thier sales people
pre-sell thew new format nor was any production for ID's and liners done
beforehand.
