Re: [IRCA] KQSP 1530 MN on day rig

I must be the only DX'er in N Am who did not hear this. In Indianapolis
last night, WCKY was painfully strong. I was trying for WJJG - IL for
their LSS sign-off as Curtis Sadowski had tipped us last week but
nothing but WCKY's Louisville Cardinal's network broadcast. They were
equally strong all night. I guess Cincy and MN are totally opposite
beams, so I may have needed a mono-directional antenna to hear them (and
hoped that Cincy's GW wasn't as strong as it usually is).

Chewing up WCKY badly here with lively SS mx and a local ment. Would
never
be this strong on proper night rig where it is almost never heard even
through the deepest WCKY phase null, but tonite it's clobbering them. I
haven't noticed them forgetting to switch for a few years.
