That huge carrier on 1098 should be from the Marshall Islands as they 
typically leave OC on AN. This can get out well and I have honestly had the 
het here(weakish but a 2 KHz het) on my old TRF as WTAM fades out due to 
sunrise. On the DX setup I've pulled up island mx once and traces a couple 
times. If I recall they s/off at 1100 but sometimes stay on a half hour 
later or so. Phasing WTAM is an absolute must to get audio here unless in 
the spring/summer whan sunrise takes them out pretty well. Ray Moore on 
Florida's Gulf coast has also had audio from them. Having KFAB 1110 AN with 
IBOC certainly doesn't help extreme DX efforts like this as they are west of 
me and in line with the western Phased BOG System and come in well in spite 
of night pattern.

TA cx were poor here last night. Just a few hets from lower latitude 
stations and only a weak het from 1566 after Benin 0300 s/on.
