[IRCA] WNTP 990 Test Heard in Central Alabama

The WNTP test has become a most pleasant "annual tradition" now---almost like the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade, or the Easter Bunny. Even though you know it's coming, and you've experienced it before, you still look forward to it and take special delight when it returns. 

Again, it was loud and easy copy here near Birmingham. Thanks Rene, and I hope it's a tradition that continues for many years to come.
