[IRCA] NE Oregon (no TPs today)
Conditions poorer inland here today. While LWBC Russians were a little
better this morning, with poor/weak on 153, 180, 189, 234, 279 around 1320
utc, and while there were strong MW hets, I couldn't get any MW audio.
