The ground conductivity over water is fantastic. Chuck Boehnke in Hawaii
regularly used to get Vladivostok 1476 and Tahiti-738. Both weakly, but
still audible with fair audio. Better in the Winter. That is a long haul
even over water without a beverage. He just had a couple longwires.
