[IRCA] 4 Mar TPs
I think the TPs must have gone down to Gary's place this morning, as conditions here weren't much too much better than yesterday; in fact, 1566 was worse, according to the propagation monitor.
Listened this morning from 1420 to 1435UT.
Asian unless otherwise noted:
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): none
reasonable audios (though often battling w/splash): none
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 594, 828, 1143 (this is a bit of a mystery, given the generally poor levels; not DU)
Burbles in the splatter: 567, 747, 774, 1575
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 738 DU, 855 hum
