[IRCA] 1700 kHz. Mystery Disney Station

While working in the Ultralight DX Sprint tonight, about an hour 
after sunset, I clearly heard typical bubble gum Disney programming 
and the Radio Disney ID. The station looped directly to my east or 
west from north-central Oklahoma.  The only station that seems to fit 
by location and frequency (I was using a digital-dialed radio) is 
WEUP in Huntsville, AL.  I'd heard a couple of stations at the upper 
end of the band from the Nashville area, so that lends credance to 
this being WEUP. However, long-term, WEUP has served by and been a 
part of the African-American community.  WEUP's website shows no sign 
of a switch to Disney. Is there a new Disney station on 1700????
