[IRCA] SS Classiccal on 590

For all you DXWW types out there:

 

            There was a station after 6 a.m. this morning on 590 playing
classical music, looping south and pretty much alone.  Had a YL announcer.
Most likely a Cuban.  Anybody have any help with this one?  Does anyone know
where I can get (free on the Internet) a decent list of Latin American
stations?
