[IRCA] unID SS on 1610
I forgot to mention this unID from last nights "shopping trip." The
wife wanted to run into a shop and I got a few minutes of DX time.
Through the strip malls QRM, I heard SS on 1610. This was at 1850 EST /
2350 UTC. It was weak but I could hear every word but no idea what he
was saying. It sounded like a male reading news. It faded down near
the TOH but after 1903 EST a female was speaking. Any idea on this
"shot in the dark?"
1610 unID 2-28 1850 P-F. SS. Male reading news. After TOH a female
was speaking. DH-IN
