Re: [IRCA] TPs for 25 Feb
Listened from 1440 to 1500UT...about 10 minutes longer than I had
time for. Best morning in quite awhile, though I think 1566 peaked
more strongly yesterday.
Asian unless otherwise noted:
reasonable audios (though often battling w/splash): 774, 828, 1206
w/big hum and KK talk, 1566, 1575
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 567,
594, 639 CNR1, 666, 747, 945, 972, 981 CNR1
Burbles in the splatter: 279, 576 DU, 612 DU, 738 DU, 846, 855
w/hum, 936, 1008, 1116, 1134, 1242, 1269, 1278, 1287, 1377, 1386
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 1098
945 was a mystery....first noted as CNR1 //5030 but was quickly
overtaken by some instrumental music with an oriental feel to it, and
that wasn't //NHK1, so really have no idea, unless one of the CNR1
stations was running more local programming. Haven't seen that
reported though.
best wishes,
Nick
