[IRCA] TP's for 02-24-08

Good Morning:
Listened from 1357-1520 ut. Conditions good here this morning.
Two unknown TP's heard on unheard TP channels, 1305 & 1314.
Conditions improved about 1/2 hour before sunrise. Upper channels
much better than lower channels this morning. Hope the conditions
are this good for our Grayland trip this coming Wednesday and Thursday.
153 Russia 1357 good with man singing and pips at TOH.
594 Japan, JOAK 1404 weak with man in Japanese and much splatter.
693 Japan, JOAB 1406 weak with man in Japanese with splatter.
774 Japan JOUB 1309 weak to fair with man in Japanese with splatter.
1296 Unknown 1506 weak with Asian language.
1305 Unknown,1450 fast talking man in Asian language. Signal weak but steady.
TOH no pips heard, woman talking in Asian language.
1314 Unknown 1445 weak Asian language along with jammer type noise.
Jammer noise sounded like hack saw sawing thin sheet metal. First
time heard at this location. Jammer dominanted the frequency.
1377 China, CRN11442 weak // 4460 with music.
1386 Japan, one of the NHK2 stations with weak signal and woman in Japanese.
1422 Japan, JORF weak at 1432 with woman in Japanese.
1566 Republic of Korea, HLAZ fair at 1414 with man in Asian language.
Low audio compared to signal.
1575 Thailand, VOA music at 1418 with weak signal.
1593 China, 1513 // 5030 with music and weak signal along with
KOHI splatter.
