[IRCA] KXOR-660 etal

Pete & Pat:

You guys are not hearing things.  Checked 660 at midnight PST and when
looping the Kiwa north I had KXOR just booming in.  Looping E/SE brought
in KTNN-AZ with almost as good a signal and KXOR in the background.
Anyway as Pete noted they finished a song a tad after midnight and gave
a nice ID in English, something like "KXOR-Junction City, Eugene,
Springfield..La X Oregon".

I'd say they are more likely to be running the full 10 kw tonight rather
than the sub hundred they are licensed for.

Also, what's up with KRVM 1280 Eugene lately?  I found them around 12:06
a.m. loud atop 1280 with BBC News Report.  I went for years hardly
hearing this guy, now I can't get rid of them!?!  Must have rejuvenated
their transmitter.

AZ atop 1580 with Radio Disney, KRKO behind KTKZ with ESPN promos on
1380.  Vancouver nicely atop 12:01 with Canadian news on 1410.   Lots of
IBOC trash in the 900-1200 range, yukk!
