Yes, money is what it's about and I don't blame Churchill for selling for a
second. They had something someone wanted and someone amde them an offer.

I know a friend with Several AM Construction Permits in the West (Montana,
California, Nevada) who has them for sale and if someone wants to buy them,
why not?
