Hi Scott....thanks for confirming that this is WHLY in South Bend!! That's 
pretty wild that you "Just happen to be there today to check this out first 
hand!!"

I appreciate the help with this.......this turns out to be a RELOG for 
me...but it is a NEW CALL CHANGE at least....and it is NEW on the Ultralite 
Radio!!
