What KOHI really needs is a power boost, but with so much traffic on
1600 and nearby, they would have to put up at least another tower to go
directional probably.
Eugene-1600, 100 miles away runs 5 KW, Then Tillamook-1590, 70 miles
away, plus everyone else.
