[IRCA] 1700 KVNS Texas

Good Evening,

New station this evening, KVNS 1700 Texas with ID 0200 ut and 
ABC news.  Oldies music with fair signal over/under XEKTT with
talk from San Diego.  

Is KVNS really 880 watts at night?  They sure put out a nice signal
with a non-directional antenna.  New one here at this location.
Not heard on the SRF-39 FP.
