[IRCA] Ultralight Firsts and Records: Uploaded

This week, Allen Willie of St. Johns has added two more Country 
Firsts to his long list: Portugal-1035 and Switzerland-765.  I keep 
thinking that he will completely run out of countries at some point, 
but it sure isn't yet!  Great going, Allen!

I've finally added a few distance records myself: in the last three 
categories that did not yet have posted records in the Unlimited 
Class./ These were 5000 watts, Unlimited, where I listed KTSA-550, 
San Antonio at an embarrassingly short  under 500 mile record. There 
other two were Unlimited Class Radio catches at 250 watts from 
XETI-750, Veracruz State in Mexico and 500 watts XEMF-780 from 
Montclova, both at rather respectable distances and great 
demonstrations of the nulling ability of Utralights, Unlimited or otherwise.

I sense a number of people beginning to work in the Unlimited Class, 
so we'll likely see records start to topple there soon.

Here are the current (only) Records for the Western Hemisphere. 
PLEASE NOTE THAT A NEW GRAVEYARD RECORD CATEGORY HAS BEEN ADDED: It 
is currently a composite record... any reception on any one of the 
six Graveyard channels is eligible.
