Huh? WSIC is on 1400 in Statesville. WDSL is on 1520 in Mocksville, 20 
miles away. The two stations simulcast, and at least when I was in 
Mocksville in September, the only call letters that were used on the air 
(except at the top of the hour) were WSIC's.

What you (and several others) heard was WDSL operating after hours, 
simulcasting WSIC...but it "was" WDSL, not WSIC itself.
