[IRCA] CKEC 1320 Heard in Connecticut

While sitting at home in Southington, Connecticut my friend tuned to 1320
thinking he was hearing Oldies 1320 WATR Waterbury, Connecticut but all of a
sudden heard an "East Coast FM 94.1" ID.

And commented, "What a weird slogan for a station.. East Coast FM?"
