[IRCA] WIMA-1150 DX TEST HEARD IN TN

At 0201 EST, copied CW with.... a series of V's then WIMA DX TEST. 

Very weak under a lot of QRM from what does like every station in North America!

At 0205 a repeat of the same CW.
