There are several ways we can do this --
I have created a document area for UL Radio files in
Doc and PDF format here -

If you are registered user, you can UPLOAD any document you want.

It takes an Ultra-Light lieutenant or better to APPROVE any postings or uploads.
If anyone wants to become a DXer.CA content manager and UL Lieutenant, simply
register on the DXer.ca site and send me an e-mail and I will give you
the appropriate promotion -
Once you have the appropriate DXer.ca rank, you can UPLOAD and APPROVE all
uploads at the same time.
